Vetano is building the hiring layer for the real economy: trades, restaurants, barbershops, healthcare, automotive, and the workforce behind AI infrastructure.
Vetano was built because resumes don't work for the people who do real work. A great barber, line cook, electrician, or caregiver can't fit what makes them great into bullet points — and employers can't tell which application is real, which is AI-generated, and which is a ghost.
We started with a simple idea: if both sides are verified and both sides show proof on video, the first conversation already has signal. Hiring stops being a guessing game.
What we believe
Hiring decisions should be made on capability, not chronology or credential fluency. Trust should be earned through verification, not assumed from a logo. The platform should verify — not gatekeep.
