How connections work

A connection is one conversation with a verified applicant. It is spent only when the applicant accepts your invitation, so viewing profiles and sending invitations cost nothing. Most hires take 3 to 5 connections, because you review a verified profile and a proof of skill video before you invite anyone. Your allowance resets every month and does not roll over. Talent always applies free, and re-hiring someone you already know on Vetano is free. Job post numbers are how many posts you can have open at the same time, not a monthly allowance: close a filled role and you can open another.
